I wish I'd written this song. It has one of the best lyric lines in rock n roll. I've been playing this song so long it feels like my own and usually close the show with a revved-up electric version, borrowing more from John Mayall than from Johnny Guitar Watson. I can't imagine a set-list without it.

lyrics
Looking Back
As I was walking down the street
A pretty girl did I meet
She was looking oh so sweet
Just an angel from her head down to her feet
I was looking back to see if she was looking back to see if I was looking back at her
She had a head of golden hair
I'm going to follow everywhere
She was looking oh so good
Like them young girls should
She had such a beautiful smile
I wanna walk with her awhile
She was looking oh so good
Like them young girls should
